This Business Associate Agreement ("BAA") is entered into between ChatFuse LLC ("Covered Entity") and the healthcare organization or business associate ("Business Associate") to ensure compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and its implementing regulations. This BAA governs the use and disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI) in connection with the provision of ChatFuse's AI-powered chat services to healthcare organizations.
